Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@rainebiz.com. Please include your order number and full name in the email to assist us in processing your request as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation Requests: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to support@rainebiz.com. Once your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped: Orders are processed swiftly after they are placed. If you receive a shipping confirmation email, your cancellation request will be subject to approval. If the order has already been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Should your cancellation be approved after processing, a cancellation fee of $5.99 will apply.
Non-Delivered Orders: If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returning the item once received.
Incorrect Shipping Address: In case you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we can modify the shipping details without canceling the order. However, if the order has already been shipped, further modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out to us for assistance. Cancellation After Processing: Orders that have entered the shipping process cannot be canceled after the 24-hour window. In cases where the order has already been processed but not shipped, you may still be able to cancel it with a $5.99 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: For approved cancellations after processing but before shipping, a $5.99 cancellation fee will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
Refund Process: Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
