Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that this timeframe starts from the date the order is processed, not from the date the order was placed. Shipping times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, the holiday season, shipping company errors, or customs clearance delays. We will strive to keep you informed with all available information throughout the shipping process.
Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally. However, we cannot deliver to military base addresses.
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Cancellation page for more detailed information.
Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Criteria: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Prepaid Return Labels: Prepaid return labels are provided only for items that are damaged. Please contact us for approval before returning damaged items.
